American Customer Satisfaction Index

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI®) is the only national cross-industry measure of customer satisfaction in the entire U.S. Each year, the ACSI uses input from about 500,000 customers to analyze customer satisfaction within more than 400 companies in 47 industries and 10 economic sectors.

Consumers answer questions encompassing five main points of customer relations and areas of improvement: Satisfaction, Loyalty, Expectations, Quality and Value. Some specific categories measured were overall customer satisfaction, trust, reliability, courteousness of staff, responsiveness to interruptions, Wi-Fi and video streaming quality, among others. 2021 was the second consecutive year GVEC earned #1 rankings from our customers in numerous areas.

We’re #1—But Don’t Take Our Word for It

Compared to all publicly measured companies in the 2021 ACSI survey of customers rating the performance of their ISPs, GVEC Internet subscribers rated us #1 in Customer Satisfaction over all internet service providers, and we were voted Top-Rated ISP for the second year in a row! Based on these same criteria, we also ranked #1 in Overall Wi-Fi Quality and in Call Center Satisfaction as well as multiple other areas—including Customer Loyalty!

These results indicate GVEC Internet provides industry-leading service that can compete with the larger-named, nationwide companies and corporations who also participate in this national survey. They also tell us our customers notice and appreciate the service we deliver and the focus we maintain to exceed their expectations.
