Hello! Thank you for visiting the cyber home of Maeker's Sausage & Processing Company. We are a family owned and operated meat processing and sausage manufacturing company located in the small Czech and German community of Shiner, Texas.

At Maeker's Sausage we manufacture

	Authentic "Jitrnice" Or better known in the U.S.A. as Head Sausage

Custom Processing
Here at Maeker's we also have a full custom processing center with slaughter facility. Contact us for an appointment to process your own calf, hog, lamb or goat, and our team of experienced meat cutters will process your animal exactly to your own specifications. If you're interested in having your next animal processed we'd like to hear from you.

About our custom process service

	Every animal is inspected by our staffed Texas Department of Health inspector.
	Customer database to access and edit your personal cutting instructions quickly and efficiently.
	Complete Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures in place.
	H.A.C.C.P. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system in place (Because your heath is in our hands)

Maeker's Mini Market.
By popular demand, we've recently added a small counter in the front office area of our main entrance. If you're visiting Shiner, don't forget to stop by our mini market where you'll find a variety of our famous meat products. Some items like our famous old fashioned red wieners are ONLY available at our facility in Shiner.
