What do I do if I can receive but not send mail?

Answer: If you are can receive but not send email, open your e-mail software and check to see that your outgoing mail server is set as gmail1.GVEC.net.  It is likely that there is a typo in the outgoing server setting.

From you desktop, move your mouse until the arrow is over your Outlook Express icon. Double click your left mouse button to open Outlook Express. Once Outlook Express is open, then left click on "Tools" in the tool bar. This will pop up an additional menu. Left click on accounts. Once you click on accounts it will bring up a box called " Internet Accounts" similar to the one below.

Move your mouse until the arrow is over your account name and then double click your left mouse button. This will bring up a box called "your account" properties similar to the one. Left click on the Servers tab. The mail server settings for both the incoming and outgoing servers should be gmail1.GVEC.net
