Not much to take pictures of in West Texas.
We didn't waste much time, as we wanted to get to
Fredricksburg for a quick visit with Ed & Shelba before going home.
We got to their house around 5 pm. Jesse had been
watching our rear tire, which was getting very worn. It now had threads
showing through the rubber, so we called the Honda Riders Club and they
arranged for a tow truck to pick us up. We went out to eat dinner
with Ed and Shelba while waiting on the truck to come pick us up.
After loading the bike, we said goodbye to Ed &
Shelba, and climbed into the truck for the ride to the dealership in New
Braunfels.
Nick met us at the dealership and put the bike in the
shop with plans to put a new tire on it in the morning.
Harold & Loyce picked us up and took us home.
It was a fantastic trip! We met so many great friends
along the way, took so many photos and made so many wonderful memories!
I can't wait to plan next years trip!
